Hello. Thanks for visiting this page.
I am a social scientist by training and have spent over 30 years working in and around user experience and quality improvement in health and social care. My career has taken me from local government, through the NHS, regulators, think tanks, and latterly the charity sector working with staff at all levels with the aim of helping them to make health and care more human. I am driven by the need to make a difference to both staff and patients and people using services.
I offer the following
- Workshop facilitation for developing or improving services
- User centred research – as a co-investigator applying user centred methods to support others to develop these skills
- Co-production support
- Coaching – for people working in small values-driven organisations, I offer low cost coaching, recognising that access to support can be hard to find.
